Courage in Connection with EIR: Pustetuva & Vetle Nærø
Dear Monument family, we are excited to welcome you back for a new gathering with EIR, this time with focus on community & meaning. A grounded Sunday with introductory yoga, a new breathwork journey, ending with sharing of delicious food together.
Inspired by the norse goddess of healing, EIR represents a deeper approach to well-being. One that extends beyond movement and meditation into the way we live, breathe, and nourish ourselves.
With breath and music, this gathering has its focus on community and finding courage to take the step towards what wish to experience in this life. Supported by gentle movement by one of this years festival yoga teachers and food by the amazing chef & dj Catnip.
Program:
11:00 - Welcome
11:15 - Gentle yoga
12:00 - "A journey of meaning" breathwork & live music
14:00 - Conversations, deep hugs and snacks
15:00 - Program ends
What to bring?
You don't need to bring a yoga mat. But you should bring clothes suitable for movement, an eye mask, water bottle, and extra warm layers for the breathwork. Many like a pillow under their head and knees, and a wool blanket. Bring what you need to have a comfortable journey.
Join us at Ruseløkka skole, walking distance from Nationaltheatret subway station.
See you on the yoga mat!
Contraindications: breathwork is not advised for individuals who are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, or serious mental health conditions. If you still want to come, you can take it as a meditation opportunity.
